Job summary

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader partnering with top tech brands and operating in 60 languages worldwide. We are looking for a T3 Support Engineer to handle escalations, analyze issues, and coordinate with Engineering to deliver reliable customer and technical support.

You will work remotely, primarily with EU time zones, supporting clients across multiple industries while expanding knowledge bases and contributing to KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English skills (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Experience in Technical Support, SRE, or Engineering with strong debugging skills.
• Proven customer-facing experience in tech support or customer support.
• Strong SQL and production-relational database experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from T1 involving backend, databases, and cross-system integrations.
• Reproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and backend APIs.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and validate data-related issues.
• Query production databases (read-only) to validate data-related issues.
• Implement small, low-risk fixes including configuration changes and data patches.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering with clear documentation and findings.
• Track incidents and outages through resolution using monitoring tools.
• Maintain and expand internal runbooks and knowledge bases.
