The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics and is comfortable with AI tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are critical to success in this fast-paced environment.

This full-time position will require some overlap with US business hours.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations coordination.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage packaging orders and monitor production schedules.
• Coordinate freight shipments and troubleshoot transportation issues.
• Track inventory and manage backorder situations.
• Process supply chain invoices for accuracy.

Conocimientos

3+ years of experience in supply chain

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Problem-solving mindset

Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT
