Job summary

TIDAL is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead the end-to-end demand planning process for our omnichannel consumer products business. You will translate historical sales, seasonality, market trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and wholesale demand into accurate forecasts, inventory requirements, and purchasing guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, inventory planning, or a related analytical function.
• Proven experience in an omnichannel product business across eCommerce, consumer products, retail, or wholesale.
• Strong understanding of SKU-level demand forecasting and inventory planning, including seasonality, lifecycle, promotions, lead times, and constraints.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets, forecasting models, reporting, and ERP/BI/planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable inventory and purchasing decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional and English communication skills with leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SKU-, category-, and company-level demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, trends, promotions, lifecycle, and other demand drivers.
• Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up SKU forecasts, identify gaps, and monitor forecast accuracy and bias.
• Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing recommendations considering lead times, MOQ, order constraints, and targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to improve product availability while reducing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Lead the demand planning component of the S&OP process with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align expectations.
• Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reports; present key demand changes, risks, opportunities, and actions to leadership.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and planning processes through data analysis, testing, and performance review.
