Cresta is hiring a Structural BIM Modeler / Revit Specialist to work 100% remotely for a US-based client in New York. You will build structural BIM models in Revit 2026 from CAD/DWG, coordinate foundations, columns, slabs, and pile caps, and ensure models are clash-free for downstream coordination.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of structural BIM modeling experience on commercial or multifamily projects, strong English (B2+ / C1), and expert command of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Formación
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling for commercial projects.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1) for technical communication.
- Proficiency in reading structural drawings and US construction docs.
Responsabilidades
- Develop detailed 3D structural BIM models in Revit 2026 from CAD/DWG backgrounds (columns, beams, slabs, footings, foundations, and pile caps).
- Set up and maintain accurate Revit model levels, elevations, and structural elements aligned with architectural plans.
- Model 3D Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) to support architectural and MEP clash coordination.
- Clean, reference, and organize CAD/DWG files and PDF specifications within Revit backgrounds.
- Conduct clash detection and multidisciplinary spatial coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Viewer.
- Proactively identify coordination conflicts and propose practical engineering solutions before field execution.
- Perform QA/QC self-reviews to deliver clean, well-organized models with minimal rework.
