Utopia is seeking a technically strong architect to join our design team for boutique hospitality assets, focusing on technical development and coordination. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with fluent English. This is a fully remote role with CET hours and no visa sponsorship.

You will translate design intent into buildable documentation, coordinate with structural, MEP, and interiors teams, and support tender packages while guiding junior BIM staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Extensive experience with Revit and BIM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Translate concept designs into coordinated Revit documentation for Stages 3–5.
• Coordinate models with structural, MEP, and interior inputs using BIM workflows.
• Develop precise technical layouts, assemblies, and details in Revit.
• Build and manage typologies, families, and detail libraries.
• Support tender and construction documentation and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Supervise BIM modelers and junior staff.
• Stay updated with building systems and BIM best practices.
