ENG is seeking an Electrical BIM Project Manager for a 100% remote role serving LATAM projects. You will oversee electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and client-facing responsibilities across multiple US-based projects. Strong leadership, scheduling, and knowledge of NEC/NFPA and US codes are essential.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is required, along with experience using ACC and MS Project. This management-forward position emphasizes strategic thinking, budgeting, and remote team

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or BIM/VDC projects.
• Experience leading teams, assigning tasks, and managing schedules.
• Strong client-facing skills with scope and schedule discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Leading electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based projects.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders.
• Serving as the main client-facing point of contact.
• Overseeing QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinating resources, staffing, PTO, and team development.
• Supporting career paths, training, and performance growth of team members.
• Working closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy.
• Using tools such as ACC, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project.
