/slantis is a technology and architecture company delivering BIM solutions for US-market projects across three offices. The Project Architect ensures high-quality documentation, leads design, and coordinates with engineers and consultants to guarantee standards and client requirements.

They seek candidates with +3 years in architectural design, BIM expertise (Revit/ArchiCAD), and native/advanced English, ready to operate in a multidisciplinary team and drive project success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• +3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment.
• ONLY Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
• Profound knowledge and experience in using BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architectural and technical design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee design quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the design team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.
• Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.
• Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.
• Actively participate in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects of the project.
