slantis is seeking a Project Architect to lead architectural design and ensure high-quality project documentation for BIM-enabled construction projects. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver complete sets and meet client requirements in the US market.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in architectural design, strong BIM skills (Revit/ArchiCAD), and advanced English, with prior US project experience and a collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• +3 years of architectural design and technical development in construction projects (preferably BIM).
• Only Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Previous US project experience is a must.
• Sound knowledge of construction production in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic, team player, quick learner.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architectural and technical design process for the project.
• Oversee design quality with regular reviews and guidance to the design team.
• Maintain the documentation set and BIM model to be complete and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for design coordination.
• Participate in design and construction coordination for integration.
