Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a LATAM remote role with a performance marketing agency partner focused on higher education. You will own research, data, and drafts that support client engagements and drive measurable outcomes.

You will conduct market research, audit marketing experiences, pull data from third-party platforms, and produce structured reports. This is a fully remote, contractor role with weekly USD pay and 20 days PTO per year.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
