Atomic Hr is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM position with a marketing agency client. You will own the research, data, and drafts that underlie client engagements, from initial briefs to final deliverables, across multiple projects.

You will conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, and pull data from third-party sources to support audience segmentation and market sizing. Strong English writing and organized delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or agency settings.
• Strong written English with ability to produce professional reports.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed with multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
