Atomic Hr is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a LATAM remote role within a performance marketing agency serving higher education institutions. You’ll own research, data, and drafts, guiding engagements from initial briefs to final recommendations.

You will conduct market and competitive research, audit client experiences, analyze third‑party data, and deliver clear, actionable summaries. The position offers full remote work, a weekly USD contractor pay, and 20 days of PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in marketing, research, or agency settings
• Strong written English and ability to produce structured reports
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation
• Ability to synthesize findings into concise summaries
• Highly organized and self-directed, multi-project management
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership
