You will build dashboards, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions. Native English is preferred, and compensation is USD based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
