Atomic Hr is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a Performance Marketing Agency, fully remote in LATAM time zones. You’ll own research, data, and drafts across client engagements, driving structured insights and measurable outcomes.

You’ll conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, and synthesize findings into actionable summaries for leadership. Strong English and project management are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in marketing, research, or agency settings.
• Strong written English; capable of producing structured reports.
• Experience using third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into concise summaries.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences (websites, emails, inquiries).
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Coordinate inputs across multiple engagements and manage timelines.
• QA deliverables for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership.
