AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes) to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. The role emphasizes automation, tooling, and incident management, with opportunities for growth and collaboration on Fortune 500-scale projects.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks and docs.
Manage incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
Identify and deliver process improvements.
Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
