Job summary

SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional email support for a Spanish tire retailer. You will manage orders, changes, proofs of payment, and tracking while maintaining high-quality responses.

Work fully remotely with international teams, handling ~80 tickets daily. Candidates need 12+ months in support, fluent Spanish and English, and familiarity with Freshdesk. USD compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in customer support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Hands-on with Freshdesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via email for a Spanish tire retailer.
• Handle requests such as order cancellations and changes, proofs of payment, delays, invoices, reimbursements, and tracking.
• Process around 80 tickets per day with high quality.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Team Leads to resolve issues.
• Handle customer data securely.
• Apply customer happiness best practices.
• Maintain understanding of client solutions and KPIs.
