SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our global, multilingual team from a home office. You will deliver outstanding support via chat, phone and email while building lasting relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, fluent English (C1), and hands-on experience with Freshdesk and Google Workspace. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Excellent English skills (C1 for speaking and writing).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• CRM experience, preferably with Freshdesk.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify issues and resolve them.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret information for decisions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with proactive approach.
• Personal laptop and stable internet connection; specific hardware requirements described.
