Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large, multi-publisher portfolio in the LAC region and beyond. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams to ensure compliant, optimized software usage.

Excellent licensing knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly between requests are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for regional collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM/ITAM experience with licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
