TheSoul Group, a remote-first global team, seeks a Social Media Content Manager to create engaging video content and manage projects across platforms. You will curate and adapt content, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with creators to maintain brand voice and schedule adherence.

In this role, you will drive audience growth, optimize content performance on Facebook and YouTube, and maintain high-quality outputs using standard video editing tools.

Formación

• Proven experience managing and optimizing content assets across platforms.
• Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and scale content resonating with target audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience working with Facebook and YouTube platforms (performance & compliance).
• Hands-on experience with video editing software.

Responsabilidades

• Produce error-free content aligned with each creator's brand and voice.
• Adapt content based on trends, data, and proven successes.
