DC Global Talent Inc. is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to shape our brand online. You will craft and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, our blog and newsletter, and support PR efforts. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics and love turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and reels, we'd love to hear from you.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Portfolio required for Canva design.
• Experience creating and editing reels with CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
• Strong visual sense with attention to layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Design polished, on-brand social media graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram using Canva.
• Plan, shoot or source, and edit engaging Instagram and LinkedIn Reels with captions, transitions, music and overlays.
• Write and publish blog content to support brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage the company newsletter from content planning to layout, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Support PR activities such as press releases, media outreach and brand features.
• Maintain visual consistency and cohesive aesthetics across all channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and deliver content on schedule.
• Track engagement and performance metrics and suggest improvements.
