PROVE Partners is seeking a Servicing Specialist for a remote role. You will handle 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers, gather case updates, and negotiate settlements while managing emails and case research. Strong English, professionalism, and meticulous writing are essential.

This contract position offers remote work with self-sufficient equipment and a focus on timely, accurate case progression and client communication.

Formación

• Clear spoken English and excellent communication skills.

• Prior experience servicing financial products.
• Knowledge of personal injury is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers to gather case status updates or request additional information.
• Negotiate settlement terms with law firms and providers in a friendly and fair manner.
• Send, receive, and respond to emails related to case progress and inquiries.
• Research and track down important information for special or complex cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work through a daily task list to ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently and on time.
