US-based Criminal Defense Law Firm seeks a meticulous Paralegal to support background legal work and case coordination. You will manage pleadings, case files, and calendar schedules, acting as a liaison with opposing counsel and court staff.

Remote work is offered, with preference for candidates in Latin America. Required: 2+ years of paralegal experience in US criminal law, strong English communication, and familiarity with filing deadlines.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in US criminal law.
• Experience handling court scheduling, depositions, and docket management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong understanding of US legal procedures and court rules.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage background legal preparation and draft basic documents.
• Coordinate schedules, depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Track court dockets, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements.
• Organize, review, and redact legal documents and evidence.
• Maintain accurate case management records and calendars.
