Ideal candidates possess commercial attorney credentials, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.

Formación

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with contract drafting experience.
• Familiar with MSAs, lease, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear contractual language.
• Ability to adapt documents for real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and autonomous work.
• Detail-oriented to ensure compliance with laws and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and provide templates and examples of MSAs, lease, IP licensing, marketing, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards and best practices.
• Submit high-quality documents that contribute to the AI training dataset.
