MOVE is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to handle personal injury cases remotely, from intake through settlement. You will coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, drafting necessary documents and ensuring timely progress in a fast-paced legal environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of pre-litigation experience, strong PI law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with case management software and MS Office is expected.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management or a similar legal role.
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Two professional references and a background check within the last 60 days.
• Intake paperwork including tax identification number is required before onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Case Management: Oversee pre-litigation PI cases from intake to settlement.
• Client Communication: Be the primary contact for clients, provide updates and gather information.
• Medical Coordination: Obtain medical records and bills, track treatment progress.
• Insurance Communication: Handle demand letters, settlements, and follow-ups.
• Document Preparation: Draft demand letters, medical chronologies, and case summaries.
• Evidence Collection: Organize case files, police reports, witness statements, etc.
• Settlement Support: Assist attorneys in settlements and prepare settlement documents.
• Compliance and Deadlines: Ensure adherence to procedures, court deadlines, milestones.
• Reporting: Generate status reports and update tracking systems.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support attorneys with admin or case-related tasks.
