AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale Discovery Engineering squad. You will design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, classify failures, identify root causes, and generate corrections to Discovery probes and patterns with testing guardrails, while developing observability agents that monitor MID Server health, throughput, and coverage.

• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Discovery including MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, credentials and ECC Queue.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, CI identification, relationships and data quality.
• Knowledge of infrastructure engineering and troubleshooting across Linux/Windows environments.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously assess health of ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem including schedules, throughput, latency, and failures.
• Translate runbooks into structured workflows to reduce manual investigation.
• Collect and interpret metrics/telemetry to drive engineering improvements.
• Investigate complex infra attributes to ensure successful discovery execution.
