AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join the ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad. You will design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors and failed discoveries at scale, partnering with a ServiceNow domain expert for data and context.

You will create data pipelines, integrate telemetry from monitoring platforms, and advance capabilities to classify failures and suggest fixes in production-ready flows.

Formación

• Advanced Python development and REST API design capabilities.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into software.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, CI/CD, testing and security scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs and failures at scale.
• Classify correlations, troubleshoot, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop data-processing pipelines and API integrations for telemetry into AI ecosystem.
