AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad. You will design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale, while partnering with a ServiceNow domain expert to power your AI models.

You will implement data-processing pipelines and API integrations, enable root-cause analysis, and ensure testing and guardrails before production changes.

Formación

• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Practical experience integrating Gen AI APIs into software apps.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC and modern tooling (Git/GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD, testing, security).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failures at scale.
• Classify, correlate failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop data-processing pipelines and API integrations to feed telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
