High Scale is seeking a Senior Video Editor to remotely serve North American universities. You will edit for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content for YouTube, social, and paid media.

You’ll shape video content strategies as the agency expands into Latin America, with a focus on timely delivery, platform-specific optimization, and continuous improvement of techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
