AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.

We look for 4+ years of digital design experience, strong UX/UI skills, proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML/CSS. You will collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, mentor juniors, and use AI to improve workflows. Flexible remote work available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, typography, and color control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client storytelling.
• Upper-intermediate English level; able to present to clients.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; comfortable discussing implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts aligned to client goals.
• Collaborate with designers in-house and freelance to deliver campaigns.
• Mentor junior designers and interns; provide constructive feedback.
• Estimate time to complete work and manage timelines.
• Use AI to improve workflow and efficiency in design processes.
• Research and propose strategic, goal-driven design solutions.
• Create design for omnichannel including web, email, and social campaigns.
