Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Graphic Designer and Video Editor for a fully remote, part-time role (15 hours/week) serving a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You will deliver email campaigns, landing pages, and social/ad creative with a conversion-focused mindset.

You’ll collaborate with email, CRO, Shopify, and paid media teams, using Claude and AI tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of e-commerce digital design experience (email, website, social, etc.)
• Portfolio showing e-commerce work — goals and results
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience using Claude and/or other AI tools in a design workflow
• Experience designing for web and supporting website creative (landing pages, site sections, PDPs)
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and e-commerce best practices
• Proven ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands
• Strong written and spoken English for async communication with a U.S.-based team

Responsibilities

• Design campaign and automated flow emails in Klaviyo that are on-brand and drive clicks and revenue
• Design mobile-first layouts with clear hierarchy and strong CTAs
• Prepare email-ready files with specs for clean builds in Klaviyo and other platforms
• Create landing pages, homepage, and PDP sections for Shopify stores
• Partner with CRO to design test variations based on data and hypotheses
• Hand off dev-ready Figma files with desktop and mobile layouts
• Design static social and paid ad creative for Meta and TikTok
• Video editing for social/ad use (resizing, trimming, captions)
• Follow brand guidelines and apply ecommerce best practices
• Use Claude and AI tools to speed up concepting and production while respecting client confidentiality
