AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel campaigns. You will ideate, design, and map concepts to client goals, collaborating with in-house and freelance designers, and mentoring juniors.

You will work on high-impact projects for Fortune 500 brands, leveraging Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on UX/UI and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital design experience, agency experience preferred.
• Strong visual design aesthetics and conceptual thinking for web and mobile.
• Experience designing for omnichannel campaigns and data-backed designs.
• Able to articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts across channels.
• Map designs to business goals, audience, and verticals for clients.
