Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist/Contract Manager III for a Sponsor-Dedicated, remote role servicing Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. The role involves independently managing CTAs and budgets, negotiating site contracts, and coordinating with legal, finance, and operations to drive study startup and site activation.

Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills, plus experience in CRO/pharma settings and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, site budget negotiations.
Strong understanding of CTA drafting/negotiation, contract templates, and budget development.

Responsibilities

Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain internal trackers with accurate information.
Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters.
Attend weekly meetings and provide updates on active negotiations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
