Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist Sr o II with experience in site agreements and budgets for Argentina or Chile. The role involves negotiating and preparing contracts, managing budgets, and coordinating with a global Site Contracts Service Centre and SSU teams across countries.

You will review and finalize site-specific CTAs, ensure quality control, and maintain contract documentation while collaborating with legal, finance, and operations to meet timelines and project goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred
• Moderate contracts management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of clinical development process and contracting parameters
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials
• Produce site-specific contracts from country CTA template and oversee reviews
• Negotiate budgets and contracts with sites and via Site Contracts Service Centre and SSU with Sponsor
• Perform quality control and arrange execution of CTAs and archival of documents
• Administer all contract management processes at a project level with protocol, consent, site, investigator, vendor, and other documents
• Maintain and develop contract templates and budgets; collaborate with Legal to harmonize terms
• Train and mentor staff on SOPs and update training materials
• Monitor contract timelines and budget loading; escalate deviations as needed
