Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a contract basis. The role is remote and focuses on CRM and revenue system operations to support a customer project.

You will audit, reconcile and document complex SaaS workflows, with data governance guidance. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, experience leading CRM implementations, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data structures: fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, permissions.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, policies, duplicates and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing and integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design and governance.
