Pearster is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build generative AI workflows that automate cloud configuration baselines and remediation. This 100% remote role requires 4+ years of software engineering on public cloud infra, 2+ years with IaC and pipelines, and 2+ years building agentic models with RAG and vector databases.

You will join a globally distributed team and translate innovative ideas into production-ready AI solutions.
