Job summary

Encora is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (Solution Architecture) for a remote role. You will design cloud-native SaaS applications, lead architectural decisions, and guide cross-functional teams across product, platform, and sales.

You will build autonomous AI agents, leverage LangChain/LangGraph, and develop high-performance Python services with FastAPI, containerized on Azure and AWS. Strong communication and cloud experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Experience designing scalable, production-grade microservice applications.
• Experience with AI/ML and agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• Experience building autonomous agents, RAG solutions, with safeguards for accuracy and reliability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with SDD methodologies.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or React.
• Strong English communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native SaaS applications using microservice architectures.
• Build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and Graph-RAG pipelines.
• Develop high-performance, low-latency Python services using FastAPI and architect cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, customer, and domain teams to guide architectural decisions, document solution architectures, and rapidly deliver reliable solutions while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.
