Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing data. You will own ingestion pipelines from paid media and CRM sources, connect to Adverity, and design scalable BigQuery schemas.

You will build modular transformations with dbt/Dataform and enable Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports. Join a remote LATAM team with a strong emphasis on data quality, cross-client data segregation, and scalable analytics infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, managing modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and pipeline automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate).
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and platform schemas.
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows and multi-client data segregation.
• Analytical, autonomous, with strong communication to non-technical audiences; education marketing experience valued.
• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture connecting paid media platforms into Adverity and beyond.
• Own CRM integration to ensure lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas and cost-aware storage.
• Own transformation & mapping with modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines (dbt/Dataform).
• Own CI/CD & data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and automated sheets.
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and root-cause analysis.
