Job summary

AgileEngine, a leading software services company, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop Tableau models, write optimized SQL, and apply Python to data tasks, with exposure to Snowflake and Streamlit, while collaborating across remote teams and communicating complex insights to diverse stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining/migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
