Job summary
Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for university and nonprofit partners in a wholly remote, USD-compensated role.
You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear insights, build dashboards, identify trends, and support strategic decisions across paid media, account services, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth
