Atomic HR is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager for a 100% remote role paid in USD, focusing on universities and nonprofits in the LATAM region. You will transform marketing and CRM data into clear insights, build dashboards, and guide strategic decisions to improve campaigns.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to enhance reporting systems, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy. Native English is expected in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
