Job summary

CodeRoad seeks an AI Product Owner to anchor discovery, strategy, and execution of enterprise AI-powered solutions. You will lead a cross-functional POD spanning AI research, data engineering, frontend, and DevOps to translate business needs into production-grade LLM applications.

You will balance innovation with compliance and cost control, manage roadmaps, risk, and cloud budgets, and ensure high-quality, secure, scalable AI agents and RAG implementations for North American clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software products with LLMs.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies and guardrails.
• Strong technical depth to evaluate model choices and infrastructure security.
• Experience documenting stories and API/data requirements in Jira/Confluence.
• Proven client-facing consulting or senior stakeholder management.
• Advanced English (C1+) for North American clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Product Backlog and strategy; translate needs into granular stories with acceptance criteria.
• Establish AI quality and evaluation frameworks; monitor outputs and prompts.
• Orchestrate delivery across cross-functional PODs; balance speed with stability and cost.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure data privacy and governance sign-offs.
• Manage project operations, milestones, and cloud/LLM cost budgets.
