Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management for data products (analytics, data platforms, metrics or semantic layers).
• Experience aligning stakeholders across business areas on definitions and priorities.
• Structured, evidence-based discovery and prioritization approach.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete info and manage senior stakeholders.
• Track record of product adoption, not just delivery.
• Experience in defining/delivering AI or LLM-based products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders and translate insights into prioritized use cases and requirements.
• Own definitions and ownership with documented accountability for each metric and term.
• Drive adoption by data publishers to own definitions and quality, and promote the shared layer.
• Run hypothesis-driven processes and map assumptions to experiments with clear verdicts.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to define scope, acceptance criteria, and sequencing based on value and risk.
• Challenge technical decisions from a business perspective and ensure usefulness to end users.
• Maintain cadence with Project Manager and track decisions, risks, and commitments.
• Transfer ownership by equipping client with processes and ownership model.
