Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations (RAG, prompting, summarization, or structured data extraction).
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and building APIs and scalable services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with vector databases or retrieval systems (Pinecone, FAISS).
• Understanding of modular or service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and production system performance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI integration patterns (RAG pipelines, agentic workflows) that can be reused across the platform.
• Design and deliver production-grade AI features embedded within procurement workflows.
• Define evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails for model quality and cost governance.
• Partner with architecture leadership to evolve the platform toward modular, service-oriented capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards for AI systems, including testing, prompt/versioning, and lifecycle practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and domain experts to ensure AI solutions address real user problems.
• Contribute to architectural reviews and design sessions to align with long-term modernization goals.
