The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup while adhering to structured processes and accurate data handling.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise required.
• Solid Salesforce fundamentals: objects, reporting, data hygiene.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document workflows clearly and follow processes.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Support revenue and GTM operations, reporting, forecasting, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Create and maintain CRM documentation and SOPs.
