Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Experience configuring Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Excellent data hygiene and data management skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail when working with large datasets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product and revenue processes within Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Improve pipeline management, data quality, and CRM processes.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and implement practical solutions.
• Document workflows and SOPs for CRM processes and configurations.
