Job summary

BairesDev, a leader in technology projects, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to keep the sales pipeline moving smoothly in a fully remote role.

You will review leads, manage CRM data, and coordinate with Client Engagement to ensure timely routing. This hands-on position emphasizes attention to detail and process discipline, supporting the commercial team to operate without friction, from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, or customer support.
• Proficiency in CRM data management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep per standard routing rules.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• Ensure commercial teams follow the company's process for lead upload and assignment, clarifying the correct procedure whenever a request falls outside standard guidelines.
• Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Review automated reports that flag system issues and resolve the underlying problems.
