Job summary

Smartek S.R.L is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional to join as a remote, contractor role. The ideal candidate will bring strong CRM expertise and solid operational judgment to improve workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

You will configure CRM platforms, manage revenue tools beyond the CRM, and build scalable workflows while ensuring accurate data and standardized reporting across integrated systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
