Job summary

NeoWork is hiring RevOps & Salesforce Specialists to keep revenue systems, data, and processes running for U.S. companies. You will administer the CRM, maintain clean data, and build the reports and automations sales and marketing teams rely on.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RevOps or CRM administration experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills.
• Excellent data hygiene and attention to detail.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Based in Argentina with a reliable home office setup and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce or HubSpot: users, objects, fields, and permissions.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and validation rules.
• Keep CRM data clean, deduplicated, and accurate.
• Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Document processes and support CRM users.
• Partner with GTM leaders on pipeline, forecasting, and improvements.
