Mondelez International is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and direct store delivery across a defined U.S. territory. You will build relationships with retailers, optimize displays, and drive growth through data-driven sales strategies.

Responsibilities include coaching merchandisers, ensuring program rollouts, and delivering on monthly targets while collaborating with HQ programs for incremental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier lifts.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsabilités

• Hit the monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methods and customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and customer needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
