You will support clients through the reservation process with clear communication, attention to detail, and timely updates, while maintaining organized records and handling changes or special requests.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with reservation requests and general inquiries
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences
• Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
• Communicate important updates and reservation information
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
• Communicate with service providers when necessary
• Provide professional and responsive client support
