Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.
• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for openings.
• Clearly obtain information related to profile and assignment of openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
